Venerable Sonam Tobgay from Wangdue Phodrang is the Principal of Dodeydra Shedra (Monastic College) in Thimphu. He started his monastic education at Dechenphodrang Monastic School and graduated from Tango Buddhist University. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the headteacher of Dodeydra Shedra
Dorji Wangchuk (PhD)

Dorji Wangchuk is a multi-disciplinary academic, engineer, and award-winning filmmaker. After leading the team that introduced television to Bhutan in 1999, he transitioned into journalism and documentary filmmaking, earning several international awards. He has held senior roles as the Chief Engineer of BBS, Media Director to the King, and Dean at Royal Thimphu College. Currently, he is developing an institute for traditional wisdom and wellbeing, drawing on his background in science and spirituality.
